Arrests

4/21 at 12:43 p.m. Nicholas C. Coleman, 32, of Pittston, Pennsylvania, was arrested by Officer Richard Cutliffe on Cedar Street as a fugitive from justice.

4/21 at 11:44 p.m. Tristan D. Splint, 39, of Oakwood Terrace, was arrested at 7- Eleven on Maine Street by Officer Patrick Scott on charges of operating under the influence, operating with a suspended or revoked license and violating condition of release. 

4/22 at 10:40 p.m. James L. Perry, of Marshview Way in Harpswell, was arrested on Merriconeag Road by Officer Patrick Scott on a charge of operating under the influence.

4/23 at 10:50 a.m. Stephen L. Dingus, 36, of Ellsworth, was arrested at Lowes Home Improvement on Bath Road by Officer Daniel Sylvain on charges of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and violating condition of release.

4/23 at 6:19 p.m. Jaclyn K. Beaton, 33, of Berrys Mill Road in West Bath, was arrested at Hannaford on Elm Street on a probation hold and a charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer.

4/23 at 10:51 p.m. Destiny M. Oppedisano, 43, of West Road in Durham, was arrested at the Bath Iron Works Harding Plant on Bath Road by Sgt. Edward Yurek on charges of operating with a suspended or revoked license, operating under the influence, and operating vehicle without a license. 

4/24 at 3:16 p.m. Terry L. Elwell, 42, no address listed, was arrested at Sandy Ridge Road by Officer Brian T. Funke on a charge of criminal trespassing.

4/21 at 4:55 p.m. James M. Rollins, 32, no address listed, was issued a summons at the gazebo on Maine Street by Officer Joshua Bernier on a charge of criminal trespassing.

4/21 at 11:11 p.m. Joshua D. Danson, 37, of Lupine Circle, was arrested on Lupine Circle by Officer Kerry Wolongevicz on a charge of reckless conduct. 

4/21 at 11:45 p.m. Michael E. MacDonald, 22, of Purchase Street, was issued a summons at Harpswell Road and College Street by Officer Cory Iles on charges of operating with a suspended or revoked license and operating under the influence.

4/23 at 6:19 p.m. Niles R. Quinn, of North Street in Bath, was issued a summons at Hannaford on Elm Street by Officer Joshua Bernier on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer.
