4/16 at 11:32 p.m. Richard A. Doucette, 64, of Gleed Drive, was arrested at Maine and McKeen streets by Officer Patrick Scott on a charge of operating while license suspended or revoked.

4/17 at 2:09 p.m. Crystal D. Mattocks-Carter, 29, of Dunning Street, was arrested on Dunning Street by Detective Richard Cutliffe on a charge of theft by receiving stolen property.

4/19 at 1:03 p.m. Ernest E. Brown, 22, of Pleasant Street, Augusta, was arrested on Wadsworth Road by Officer Justin Dolci on an outstanding warrant and a charge of carrying a concealed weapon.

4/20 at 6:55 p.m. Tiffany J. Fraser, 19, of Heath Street, was arrested on Federal Street by Officer Patrick Scott on an outstanding warrant and a charge of operating while license suspended or revoked.

4/21 at 10:07 p.m. Robert W. McKenney, 40, of Central Avenue, was arrested on Union Street by Officer Thomas Stanton Jr. on charges of refusing to sign a criminal summons and violating condition of release.

4/23 at 4:51 p.m. Scott T. O’Leary, 31, of Bonny Brook Place, was arrested on Bath Road by Officer Patrick Scott on an outstanding warrant and charges of operating under the influence with one prior, operating while license suspended or revoked and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer.

4/19 at 1:09 p.m. Shane W. Boilard, 36, of Portland, was issued a summons on Route 1 by Marine Resource Officer Paul Plummer on a charge of sale and use of drug paraphernalia.

Bang, bang! ‘Who’s there?’

4/19 at 8:59 p.m. Police responded to a complaint of a bang sound heard outside a neighbor’s garage on Greenwood Road and a man subsequently seen running into the woods. Officers were unable to find anything amiss.
