Arrests

4/18 at 6:09 p.m. Logan Betts, 22, of River Road, was arrested by Officers Patrick Scott, Garrett Brosnan and Terry Goan on Bath Road on a charge of sale or use of drug paraphernalia and an outstanding warrant from another agency.

4/18 at 7:15 p.m. Joshua Howard, 36, of Valerie Avenue, was arrested by Officers Garrett Brosnan and Patrick Scott, and Lt. Todd Ridlon, on Midcoast Center Drive on a charge of operating under the influence.

4/19 at 9 a.m. Cameron Greenleaf and Ashley Morrill, both 20, and of Bow Street, were both arrested by Officers John Roma and Terry Goan on Bow Street on charges of domestic violence assault.

4/20 at 12:13 a.m. Kulmiye Idris, 24, of Sabattus Street, Lewiston, was arrested by Officers Thomas Stanton Jr. and Matthew Swan on Maine Street on an outstanding warrant from another agency.

4/20 at 1:43 a.m. Brandon Baker, 22, of Davis Road, Durham, was arrested by Officer Edward Yurek and Matthew Swan on Bath Road on a charge of operating a vehicle without a license.

Summonses

4/18 at 4:11 p.m. Curtis Leighton, 31, of Circle Drive, Freeport, was issued a summons by Assistant Marine Resource Officer Paul Plummer and Officer Patrick Scott on a charge of sale or use of drug paraphernalia.

4/18 at 4:11 p.m. Jeffrey Silvia, 32, of Hambleton Avenue, was issued a summons by Assistant Marine Resource Officer Paul Plummer and Officer Patrick Scott on a charge of littering.

4/19 at 12:08 a.m. Christopher Menchaca, 20, of Munroe Lane, Topsham, and Kelly Murphy, 18, of Harbor Heights, Harpswell, were issued summonses by Officers William Brown IV, Garrett Brosnan and Patrick Scott on Bath Road on  charges of possessing liquor as minors.
