Arrests

4/16 at 5:16 p.m. Jeffrey R. Doloff, 55, of Water Street was arrested on a charge of violating conditions of his release by Sgt. Paul R. Hansen, who was responding to a call about a disturbance at Woodlawn Towers.

4/17 at 7:49 a.m. Peter M. Jones, 32, of Potter Street, was arrested on a warrant by Officer Justin Dolci, who was responding to a suspicious activity call on Union Street.

4/20 at 12:46 p.m. Ryan Provencher, 27, Cumberland Street, was arrested on a warrant by Marine Resources Officer Paul Plummer at the railroad tracks on Park Row.

4/22 at 9:12 p.m. Phillip R. Smith, 23, of Heron Lane, Harpswell, was arrested by Officer Daniel M. Herbert at Maine Street and Station Avenue on a charge of operating under the influence.

Summonses

4/17 at 4:57 a.m. Michael R. Wallace, 28, of Shepard Street in Bath, as issued a summons on Route 1 by Officer Daniel M. Herbert on a charge of driving 30 mph or more over the speed limit.

4/19 at 9:43 a.m. Ryan A. Dias, 30, a  transient in Brunswick, was issued a summons by Patrol Officer Gretchen A. Paxton on Swett Street on a charge of violating a protection order.

4/22 at 1:02 a.m. Joshua T. Hart, 20, of Potter Street, was issued a summons for operating after license suspension and violating conditions of release on Pleasant Street by Officer Daniel A. Sylvain.

Messy consequences

4/16 at 3:18 p.m. Four officers responded to a call about a man who was being too messy at McDonald’s. He had been rummaging around in the garbage bins to get recyclable bottles and in the process strewn trash around the parking lot. He then took some cigarette butts off the ground and brought them inside to strip off the paper and roll the tobacco. He again failed to clean up after himself and made a mess. The officers issued a criminal trespass warning.

Mooving off the farm

4/18 at 10:39 a.m. Patrol Officer Gretchen Paxton responded to a call about a cow running loose through the mobile home park on Tufton Street. It was determined that the cow belonged to Andwemet Farm on Eagle Brook Lane.

Vandalism galore

4/19 at 1:14 a.m. Patrol Officer Matthew Swan responded to a call about vandalism at Baybridge Estates on Baybridge Road. He found that the perpetrators had damaged a van by spray painting it, smashing the taillights and throwing a rock through the window. They also painted obscenities on another car, a small building near the parking lot and two mailboxes that had also been pushed over. Rubber tire marks were left on the road where the perpetrators peeled out in their car.

Shortcut to jail

4/22 at 9:12 p.m.  A man leaving the parking lot of Benchwarmers decided to get to Station Avenue by driving his white 2001 Chevy Silverado pickup through the patch of woods that lies between the two. He got stuck in the woods and had to be towed out. Phillip R. Smith, 23, of Harpswell, was arrested for operating under the influence after officers determined he was intoxicated.

4/19 at 9:30 a.m. Bark/unattended call on Cumberland Street.

4/19 at 1:50 p.m. Grass/woods/brush fire at Old Bath Road.

4/20 at 10:37 a.m. Fire call at Somerset Condominiums on Summer Street. Eight units responded, fire extinguished.

4/20 at 2:30 p.m. Vehicle crash involving a personal injury at Riley Insurance on Maine Street.

4/20 at 5:01 p.m. Grass/woods/brush fire at Lisbon Falls Station.

4/21 at 11:30 a.m. Vehicle crash involving property damage on Bath Road.

4/22 at 9:12 p.m. Vehicle crash involving property damage.
