4/6 at 5:42 p.m. James P. Smith, 37, of River Road, was arrested on Cumberland and Union streets by Officer William Brown on a charge of theft of services.

4/6 at 11:45 p.m. Cody R. Mauro, 24, of Lewiston Road, Topsham, was arrested on Pleasant Street by Officer William Brown on an outstanding warrant from another agency.

4/7 at 9:06 a.m. William F. York, 51, of Brown Road, Durham, was arrested on Medical Center Drive by Officer Justin Dolci on an outstanding warrant from another agency.

4/8 at 1:38 a.m. Bryan D. Wilson, 24, of Wildwood Drive, was arrested on Maine Street by Officer Daniel Herbert on charges of theft by unauthorized taking, refusing to submit to arrest or detention and assault.

4/8 at 1:56 p.m. Whitney S. Lopez, 20, of Razorville Road, Washington, was arrested on U.S. Route 1 by Officer Justin Dolci on an outstanding warrant from another agency.
