4/7 at 1:49 a.m. Joshua L. Pestino, 28, of Pittston Road, Dresden, was arrested on Market Lane by Officer Patrick Scott on charges of operating under the influence and failure to notify law enforcement of a firearm.

4/7 at 10:09 p.m. Brittany L. Tucker, 31, of Perryman Drive, was arrested at Mid Coast Hospital on Medical Center Drive by Officer Kerry Wolongevicz on a charge of operating under the influence.

4/7 at 11:52 p.m. Zachary J. Matson, 27, of Granite Street in Portland, was arrested at Pleasant Street and Cushing Street by Officer Patrick Scott on a charge of operating with a suspended registration.

4/8 at 2:10 a.m. Scott E. Hawkes, 31, of Greenwood Road in Brunswick, was arrested at the Comfort Inn on Pleasant Street by Officer Patrick Scott on an outstanding warrant from another agency and charges of assault on an officer, assault, and refusing to submit to arrest or detention.

4/8 at 2:10 a.m. Alicia M. Aube, 33, of Greenwood Road, was arrested at the Comfort Inn on Pleasant Street by Officer Patrick Scott on a charge of obstructing government administration.

4/9 at 12:25 p.m. Robert W. McKenney, 45, of Higgins Road in West Bath, was arrested at Hannaford on Elm Street by Officer Richard Cutliffe on charges of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and violating conditions of release.

4/10 at 9:31 p.m. Lisa A. Nazarenko, 40, was arrested on Route 1 by Officer Brandon Curtis on a charge of operating under the influence.
