Arrests

4/1 at 3:45 p.m. George T. Snodon, 33, of Berry’s Mill Road, Bath, was arrested at Bath and Old Bath roads by Officer Garrett Brosnan on charges of operating under the influence and violating conditions of release.

4/1 at 7:49 p.m. Kevin J. York, 20, of Swett Street, was arrested on Cushing and Pleasant streets by Officer Matthew Swan on an outstanding warrant from another agency.

4/1 at 7:56 p.m. Brian J. McLaughlin, 47, of Maquoit Road, was arrested on Maquoit Road by Officer Brian Funke on a charge of criminal trespass.

4/4 at 1:26 p.m. Elizabeth D. Rose, 36, of River Road, was arrested on Union Street by Officer Justin Dolci by two outstanding warrants from other agencies.

4/4 at 7:15 p.m. Ronald E. Williams, 42, of Dunning Street, was arrested on Elm Street by Officer Patrick Scott on charges of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and probation hold.

4/5 at 8:23 p.m. Ronald A. Moody, 50, of Old Bath Road, was arrested on McKeen Street and Church Road by Officer Thomas Stanton Jr. on charges of operating under the influence, driving to endanger, leaving scene of motor vehicle accident and sale and use of drug paraphernalia.

4/5 at 12:50 p.m. Jeremy J. Safford, 30, no address listed, was arrested on Franklin Parkway by Lieutenant Todd Ridlon on charges of assault, criminal mischief and terrorizing.

4/6 at 10:37 p.m. Matthew Chickering, 39, of Oak Street, was arrested on Cumberland Street by Officer Matthew Swan on an outstanding warrant from another agency. He also received a summons on a charge of disorderly conduct.
