4/7 at 2:34 p.m. Matthew S. Sullivan, 26, of 5 MacMillan Drive, was arrested on MacMillan Drive on a warrant arrest charge. 

4/7 at 9:42 p.m. Richard S. Demers, 30, of 13 Rush’s Trailer Park, was arrested at Rush’s Trailer Park on a warrant arrest charge. 

4/8 at 1:10 p.m. Bernie G. Strickland, 29, of 14A Main St., Topsham, was arrested on Dunlap Street on warrant arrest charges of failure to pay fine and violation of probation. 

4/8 at 2:16 p.m. Phillip M. Warren, 22, of 20 Darcey Drive, Lewiston, was arrested on Maine Street on charges of operating while license suspended or revoked and violation of condition of release. 

4/9 at 8:15 p.m. Joshua R. Knight, 25, of 185 Casco Road, was arrested on Cedar Street on charges of probation hold and possession of a usable amount of marijuana.

4/9 at 8:48 p.m. Concetto J. Dibiase, 56, of 625 Washington St., Portland, was arrested on Route 1 on charges of failure to give correct name, address or date of birth and operating while license suspended or revoked. 

4/10 at 1:23 a.m. Dawn A. Wade, 40, of 14 Oak St. Apt. 3, was arrested on Pleasant Street on charges of criminal trespass and violation of condition of release.

4/10 at 1:05 p.m. Meisean M. Montgomery, 20, of 23 Independence St., was arrested on Perryman Drive on a charge of criminal trespass.

4/10 at 11:35 p.m. Raymond Kelly, 38, of 2311 Madison Ave., Baltimore, Md., was arrested on Pleasant Street on charges of operating without a license, possession of a usable amount of marijuana and fugitive from justice.

4/12 at 7:11 p.m. Nathan George Dwyer, 21, of 30 Arrowhead Drive, was arrested on McKeen Street on charges of operating while license suspended or revoked and violation of condition of release.

4/12 at 11:49 p.m. Mark Alan Harrison, 25, of 140 Basin Point Road, Harpswell, was arrested on Sills Drive on a charge of operating under the influence.

4/9 at 1:27 p.m. Matthew C. Gilley, 24, of 67 Sebascodegan Road, Harpswell, was summonsed on Route 1 on a charge of operating while license suspended or revoked.

4/10 at 10:20 a.m. Jay C. Johnson, 23, of 145 Durham Road, Freeport, was summonsed on Route 1 on a charge of operating while license suspended or revoked.

4/11 at 2:13 p.m. A 14-year-old was summonsed on Federal Street on a charge false public alarm or report.

4/11 at 7:09 p.m. Debora L. Irish, 47, of 70 Franklin Parkway, was summonsed on Bath Road on a charge of operating while license suspended or revoked. 

4/12 at 12:28 p.m. Edward J. Kopansky, 47, of 30 School St., was summonsed on Maine Street on a charge of driving to endanger.

4/12 at 2:12 p.m. Cresta Lee Meyer, 37, of 3 Appletree Drive, was summonsed on Appletree Drive on a charge of passing a stopped school bus with lights flashing. 

4/13 at 9:44 p.m. Heather A. King, 24, of 527 Calls Hill Road, Dresden, was arrested at Bull Moose Music on Maine Street on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer. 

Assault with shovel

4/11 at 9:09 p.m. Police received a complaint of an assault at 18 Cushing St. According to police, four men entered an apartment there and began striking the occupant with a shovel, hitting him several times in the face. No arrests have been made, but police are still investigating the incident. The victim was released from Parkview Medical Center on Sunday.

BNAS ‘explosions’

4/11 Police and town officials received several complaints from neighbors of Brunswick Naval Air Station about loud explosions coming from the north end of the base. According to police, the noise was caused by blasts of compressed air that are used to scare off birds before planes takeoff. Police say the machine had typically been stationed at the south end of the base. It was recently moved to the north end of the base.
