4/21 at 1:15 p.m. Elizabeth L. Labombard, 37, of 24 Cedar St., was arrested at Hannaford on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer. 

4/21 at 9:36 p.m. Alexander J. Normand, 23, of 235 Old Bath Road., was arrested on Old Bath Road on a charge of probation hold. 

4/22 at 1:42 a.m. Nathan A. Coffin, 32, of 21 Buttermilk Cove, was arrested on Bath Road on a charge of operating under the influence.

4/22 at 9:24 a.m. Manesseh C. Massaline, 39, of 131 Katie Lane, Topsham, was arrested on Federal Street on a warrant arrest charge. 

4/23 at 11:56 p.m. Christopher L. Havener, 33, of 10 State Road, West Bath, was arrested on Route 1 on a charge of operating under the influence.

4/25 at 12:46 a.m. Mackenize A. Currie, 24, of 24 Atwood Road, was arrested on Swett Street on charges of disorderly conduct, criminal mischief, refusing to submit to arrest or detention and violation of condition of release. 

4/25 at 3:35 p.m. Lucas Creamer, 29, of 4 Leonard Court, Bath, was arrested on Maine Street on charges of assault, terrorizing, criminal trespass, refusing to submit to arrest or detention, disorderly conduct and possession of a usable amount of marijuana. 

4/25 at 10:01 p.m. Arthur W. Gifford, 18, of 8 A St., Topsham, was arrested on Gurnet Road on charges of violation of protective order, possession of a usable amount of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. 

4/26 at 1:11 a.m. Cheryl A. Robitaille, 37, of 643 Lisbon Road, Lisbon Falls, was arrested on Route 1 on a charge of operating under the influence.

4/26 at 11:25 a.m. Nathan G. Kane,  25, of 20 Smokehouse Road, was arrested on Swett Street on a warrant arrest charge.

4/26 at 7:57 p.m. Arnold Campanella, 25, of 24 Beaver Pond Road, was arrested on Beaver Pond Road on a charge of assault.

4/26 at 10:31 a.m. Troy S. Bradford, 37, of 31 Weymouth St., was arrested at Hannaford on charges of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, violation of condition of release and three warrant charges.

4/26 at 9:36 p.m. Jared Charles Butler, 22, of 22 Franklin Parkway, was arrested on Franklin Parkway on a warrant arrest charge.

4/23 at 11:10 p.m. A 17-year-old was summonsed on Pejepscot Terrace on a charge of unauthorized taking or transfer. 

4/23 at 11:10 p.m. Megan Anne McKenney, 25, of 96 Maine St., was summonsed on Pejepscot Terrace on a charge of unauthorized taking or transfer.

4/25 at 11:12 p.m. Andrew Joseph Freedman, 19, of 106 Grist Mill Lane, Great Neck, N.Y., was summonsed on Pine Street on a charge of illegal possession of liquor by a minor. 

4/26 at 10:36 p.m. Christopher Donald Grant, 20, of 91 Old Bath Road, was summonsed on Old Bath Road on a charge of illegal possession of liquor by a minor. 

4/26 at 10:36 p.m. Paul A. Freeman, 19, of 91 Old Bath Road, was summonsed on Old Bath Road on a charge of illegal possession of liquor by a minor. 

Under the influence of what?

4/23 at 11:56 p.m. Police and emergency units responded to a single-car crash in the median along Route 1. According to police, Christopher L. Havener, 33, of 10 State Road, West Bath, was driving south when he lost control of his vehicle and crashed into the median. While officers suspected Havener was impaired, he reportedly willingly took, and passed, a breathalyzer test. Police still arrested him on a charge of operating under the influence and are awaiting test results. Havener’s two female passengers, Cora White, 22, and Diane Desjardins, 31, both complained of injuries from the crash.

Kicking and screaming

4/25 at 12:46 a.m. Two bicycle patrol officers received a vandalism complaint at a residence on Swett Street. During their investigation, officers encountered Mackenzie A. Currie, 24, of 24 Atwood Road,
who was allegedly intoxicated and yelling from the street. Police say they repeatedly warned Currie to be quiet, but she continued to yell, drawing several neighbors from their homes. When one of the officers attempted to arrest Currie, she allegedly kicked his bicycle over. She was eventually subdued and arrested on charges of disorderly conduct, criminal
mischief, refusing to submit to arrest or detention and violation of
condition of release. 

Headbanger

4/25 at 3:35 p.m. Bowdoin College security received complaints of a man acting aggressively during an Ivies Weekend concert being held on the campus quad. The man, Lucas Creamer, 29, of 4 Leonard Court, Bath,
was reportedly intoxicated and intimidating students. When he was told to leave by Bowdoin security, Creamer allegedly began threatening the officers and calling them “rent-a-cops.” Security eventually called Brunswick police. Creamer allegedly took a swing at the female officer, hitting her. The officer and Bowdoin security then tackled Creamer and arrested him on charges of assault, terrorizing,
criminal trespass, refusing to submit to arrest or detention,
disorderly conduct and possession of a usable amount of marijuana.
