BRUNSWICK — Amateur stargazers are invited to the Curtis Memorial Library on July 24 for a seminar on telescopes and astronomy.
“Buying a telescope: What you should consider” will begin at 6:30 p.m. and feature a talk by astronomer Ron Thompson of the Southern Maine Astronomers.
The event, sponsored by Cornerstones of Science, is free and does not require registration. For more information, call 725-5242 ext. 510.
