BRUNSWICK — Omega Wellness Group will hold a health fair at Thomas Point Beach from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 19.
People can learn how to prevent and manage illness, how to lose weight and make healthy choices. Booths will feature healthy food, free health testing, made-in-Maine goods, leading health authorities, assistance with financial recovery and living debt free, food tasting and cook-offs among several local restaurants, a Red Cross blood drive, children’s activities and local fire departments.
