BRUNSWICK — The Fire Department and Mid Coast Senior Health Center will hold a series of free workshops through December aimed at fire and fall prevention for older adults.

The program, called “Remembering When,” begins Nov. 17 at 10 a.m. at 58 Baribeau Drive, with a focus on kitchen safety and burn prevention.

The series will focus on 16 safety messages developed by experts from national and local safety organizations and through focus group testing in high-fire-risk states, according to a news release.
