BRUNSWICK — The Brunswick Explorer bus service has added a 4 p.m. run from Brunswick High School on Maquoit Road to the downtown area Monday through Friday.
The bus will stop at the Brunswick Teen Center at People Plus on Union Street, and then at the Amtrak station on Station Avenue.
Rider fare is $1, in exact change, although spokesman Craig Zurhorst said the Explorer has donated a supply of free tickets, which are available at the high school. The first 50 students will received a coupon to Bohemian Coffee House, courtesy of the cafe’s owner.
Althhough the added bus is intended for the convenience of high school students, the general public is welcome to take advantage of the new schedule.
