BRUNSWICK — Musicians Jud Caswell and Matt Loosigian will headline a benefit concert Saturday, Feb. 27, at the Unitarian Universalist Church on 15 Pleasant St.
Caswell has won eight nationally recognized songwriting contests, and his songs reflect his rural roots and love of Maine. Loosigian is a folk singer known for his soulful vocals and larger-than-life stage presence.
Half the concert proceeds will go to Habitat for Humanity, while the rest will help the church’s roof repair fund. The church is across from the Curtis Memorial Library at the corner of Pleasant and Middle streets.
The concert begins at 7:30 pm. The suggested donation is $12 for advance tickets, available at Gulf of Maine Bookstore, or $14 at the door.
