2/25 at 5:07 p.m. Melissa Christine Matthews, 33, of 31 Weymouth St. Apt. 2, was arrested on Maine Street on charges of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and violation of condition of release.
2/25 at 7:46 p.m. Zackary Howard Woodbury, 28, of 75 Pleasant St. Apt. 4, was arrested on Swett Street on charges of probation hold, misuse of identification, forgery and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer.
2/28 at 11:44 p.m. Blair Harmon, 42, of 92 Greenwood Road, was arrested on Greenwood Road on charges of domestic violence, violation of condition of release and carrying a concealed weapon.

2/27 at 6:16 p.m. David Durgin, 60, of Office Drive, was arrested on a charge of operating under the influence.
2/27 at 10:59 a.m. Alexander Mendez, 20, of Raymond Court, was arrested by Officer Keith Jensen on a warrant.
2/27 at 9:34 a.m. Nicole Alexander, 29, of Windjammer Way, was arrested on a warrant.
2/25 at 11:40 a.m. Eric Wallace, 22, of Topsham, was arrested by Officer Keith Jensen on probation hold charge. The day before, at 4:18 p.m., Wallace had been issued a summons by Officer Jensen on a charge of theft.
Copped collectables

3/2 at 9:39 a.m. Sgt. Jeff Shires responded to the reported theft from a Middle Street residence of a $20 bill from 1939 and a $10 bill from 1985. The residents said they had friends over and found the money, which had been on a coffee table, missing the next morning.

Slashed tires
3/2 at 11 a.m.
Officer Randy Cook responded to a complaint of three tires being slashed the night before on a pickup truck on Summer Street. The total damage to the tires is between $800 and $1,000, according to police.

2/26 at 11:48 p.m.
Officer Peter Kaminski responded to the report that the front sign on Topsham Fair Mall Road had been egged. Along with the sign, a commuter van in the Village Candle lot had also been egged. There are no suspects or leads at the present time.
