BRUNSWICK — The Planning Board on Tuesday unanimously approved final site plans for new office and storage buildings at 104 Harpswell Road.

Curtis Neufeld, of engineering firm Sitelines, said the project is for Midcoast Woodworkers, a carpentry business.

He said construction of two 5,000-square-foot cold storage buildings and one 5,000-square-foot office building will happen over a 90-day period. Construction of the first cold storage building is expected to begin by the end of the month, Neufield said.

Then, an existing 10,000 square foot commercial building and two small sheds will be demolished to make way for the construction of the other cold storage building and the office building.
