I have voted for Jennifer DeChant for re-election to be our representative from District 52 (Bath) in the Maine House. I have known Jennifer for over 15 years. I know she is a hard-working, conscientious representative with a track record of being able to work across the aisle for bipartisan solutions to Maine’s issues. She has significant accomplishments in the Legislature to date, including securing additional education funding for local schools and rejecting proposed cuts to critical services for families through Head Start and MaineCare. I know her to be responsive to constituents’ needs. She has made a significant contribution to the quality of life in Bath with her work as executive director of the Chocolate Church. Please vote early to make sure your vote counts. You can vote early at City Hall through Nov. 1.
