BATH — The Maine Development Foundation named the city’s Main Street program the best of its kind in Maine and has honored City Manager Bill Giroux as Maine’s Outstanding Public Official.
Giroux was honored for his approach to municipal government and his willingness to support efforts to enhance Bath’s downtown and its merchants through money or manpower.
