BATH — Police are on the lookout for two suspects in a Saturday night robbery at Cumberland Farms, one of whom allegedly threatened the clerk with a knife.

The incident occurred at the Route 1 convenience store shortly before 9 p.m. on Dec. 26. Both suspects are described as white males.

The one who carried the knife is reportedly 5 feet 10 inches, blonde and clean cut and 17 or 18 years old, wearing a dark sweatshirt and possibly blue jeans. He left the store with an undisclosed amount of merchandise and cash.

The other male is said to have brown hair and facial hair and was also wearing a dark sweatshirt. As of Monday police had no further description.

The suspects reportedly left the store in a green Pontiac. The vehicle had a Maine registration plate, part of which had the number 4553, followed by unknown numbers.

Police continue to investigate the case. Those with information are asked to call the Bath Police Department at 443-5563.
