BATH — Following a complaint received earlier in the day, police on Aug. 12 arrested a Canton man on a charge of gross sexual assault.
Brandon Alley, 22, was also charged with criminal mischief and domestic violence criminal threatening. All charges stem from a domestic disturbance reported at 2:32 a.m. Police interviewed Alley at their station at 5 p.m., and subsequently arrested him, Lt. Robert Savary said Tuesday.
The female victim, of Bath, was a person known to Alley, Savary said.
Alley is due Oct. 2 to appear at West Bath District Court.
