9/2 at 9:50 a.m. Christopher Barter, 28, listed as homeless, was arrested by Officer Keith Jensen on a warrant.

9/5 at 12:04 a.m. Andrew Small, 33, of Edwards Street, was arrested by Officer Ted Raedel on a charge of operating under the influence.

9/5 at 1 a.m. Charles Zanton, 36, of Five Islands, was arrested by Sgt. Mike Lathrop on a charge of violation of condition of release and issued a summons on a charge of disorderly conduct.

9/6 at 1:10 p.m. Two boys were arrested by Cpl. Marc Brunelle on a charge of criminal trespassing.

9/7 at 11 a.m. Justin Ryan, 37, of Mill Street, Brunswick, was arrested by Officer Keith Jensen on a charge of domestic violence assault and issued a summons on a charge of criminal mischief.

9/7 at 11:10 a.m. Bonnie Ryan, 34, of Lark Street, was arrested by Cpl. Marc Brunelle on a charge of violation of condition of release.

Summonses

9/3 at 2:48 p.m. Zachary Lewis, 21, of Middle Street, was issued summonses by Officer Keith Jensen on charges of possession of a usable amount of marijuana and sale or use of drug paraphernalia.

9/4 at 8:26 a.m. Jessica Perry-Gagne, 26, of Windjammer Way, was issued a summons by Officer Richard Ross on a charge of attaching false plates.

9/5 Robert York, 34, of Fuquay-Varina, N.C., was issued a summons by Sgt. Mike Lathrop on a charge of disorderly conduct.

9/5 at 10:30 p.m. Jesse Glick, 19, of Tarbox Street, was issued a summons by Officer Michelle Small on a charge of possession of a usable amount of marijuana.

9/5 at 10:45 p.m. James Bragg, 20, of Georgetown, was issued a summons by Officer Michelle Small on a charge of possession of a usable amount of marijuana.

9/6 at 12:02 a.m. Kenneth Hodgkins, 20, of Central Avenue, was issued a summons by Officer Michelle Small on charges of sale or use of drug paraphernalia and unlawful possession of scheduled drugs (Z).

Window woes

9/3 at 5:47 p.m. Officer Michelle Small responded to the report of a burglary that occurred the day before at Gilmore’s Seafood on Court Street. The back window of the business was reportedly forced open, with the window frame casing broken. Nothing was found stolen.

Fire calls

There were no fire calls from Sept. 1-3.
