9/26 at 10:31 a.m. Carl White, 29, of High Street, was arrested by Officer Keith Jensen on a warrant.

9/27 at 6:15 p.m. Mark Kelley, 34, of High Street, was arrested by Officer Michelle Small on a warrant.


There were no summonses reported this week.

Bungled burglary?

9/27 at 9:08 a.m. Officer Keith Jensen responded to a report of an attempted burglary on Washington Street. There was a broken window pane near the door and a drop of blood was found on the window and on the floor. Police believe the perpetrator was cut in a burglary attempt. The front door was still bolted, leading police to conclude the person did not gain entry. The resident reported she did not hear anything during the night.
