9/10 at 1:29 a.m. Kristie Gaines, 32, of Cobb Street, was arrested by Officer Ted Raedel on Route 1 on a charge of operating under the influence.

9/11 at 5:54 p.m. Lori Stewart, 19, of Russell Street, was arrested by Cpl. Marc Brunelle on Russell Street on a charge of disorderly conduct.

9/13 at 11 p.m. Brent Palmer, 24, of Gerald Street, was arrested by Officer Ted Raedel on a charge of disorderly conduct.

9/14 at 6 p.m. Charles Zantow, 38, of Granite Street, was arrested by Officer Jason Aucoin on charges of operating under the influence, operating a motor vehicle without a license and leaving the scene of a property damage accident.

Summonses

9/11 Shiloh Brockett, 21, of Lark Street, was issued a summons by Cpl. Marc Brunelle on Lark Street on a charge of furnishing liquor to a minor.

9/12 Alison Harper, 22, of West Milan Street, was issued a summons by Officer Brett McIntire on Water Street on a charge of leaving the scene of a property damage accident.

9/13 Matthew Pelletier, 26, of Middle Street, was issued a summons by Officer Brett McIntire on Middle Street on a charge of assault. 

Hit out of luck

9/14 at 5:30 p.m. Bath Det. Sgt. Robert Savary and Det. David Beauregard were training outside Halls Olympic Martial Arts Center at 111 Centre St. when a silver Dodge sedan with a blown out right front tire sped into the parking lot, where it narrowly missed a vehicle and several pedestrians. Savary and Officer Ted Raedel drove to the Midcoast Federal Credit Union, where they found Charles Zantow and two passengers parked. All three men were intoxicated. Witnesses said they saw the vehicle hit a parked minivan and then swerve into a curb, causing the right front tire to burst. The driver, Charles Zantow, 38, of Granite Street, was arrested on charges of operating under the influence, leaving the scene of a property damage accident and operating a motor vehicle without a license.
