Arrests

9/11 at 1:30 p.m. Justin Roberts, 19, of Gibbs Road, Wiscasset, was arrested by Officer Richard Ross on a charge of theft.

9/16 at 10:30 p.m. Daniel Carlton, 46, of Drayton Road, was arrested by Officer Brett McIntire on a charge of violation of condition of release.

9/17 at 2:25 a.m. H. Raymond Alexander, 28, of Ridge Road, Phippsburg, was arrested by Officer Ted Raedel on a charge of operating under the influence.

9/20 at 2:30 a.m. James Manley, 51, of Middle Street, was arrested on a charge of violation of bail conditions.

9/20 at 1:28 a.m. Anthony McCandless, 19, of Winslow Court, was arrested by Officer Ted Raedel on a charge of attempted burglary.

9/20 at 1:28 a.m. Kelby Hampson, 18, of Windjammer Way, was arrested by Officer Ted Raedel on charges of attempted burglary and violation of condition of release.

9/21 at 10:15 a.m. A 17-year-old boy was arrested on charges of aggravated criminal mischief and burglary.

Summonses

9/15 A female juvenile was issued a summons on charges of criminal mischief and assault.

9/17 Robin Sluhocki, 45, of Seafarer Lane, was issued a summons by Officer Richard Ross on a charge of theft.

9/19 Ryan Holbrook, 29, of Heath Lane, was issued a summons on a charge of violation of a protection from abuse order.

Burglary attempt

9/20 at 12:17 a.m. Police responding to an intrusion alarm at Cases and Cartons on Congress Avenue found the glass in the front door to the business broken. Officer Michelle Small and police dog Keylo located Anthony McCandless, 19, and Kelby Hampson, 18, both of Bath, near the area of the burglary attempt. They were arrested on charges of attempted burglary.
