Arrests

9/9 at 4:33 p.m. Brandon Carlton, 27, of Campbell Pond Road, West Bath, was arrested by Cpl. Jason Aucoin on Bowery Street on charges of violating conditions of release and unlawful possession of scheduled drugs, and outstanding warrants from other agencies.

9/11 at 8 p.m. Garry Bucklin, 28, of Spring Street, was arrested by Officer Mark Steele on Spring Street on an outstanding warrant from another agency.

9/13 at 11:25 p.m. Chad O’Connell, 23, of River Road, Topsham, was arrested by Cpl. Jason Aucoin on U.S. Route 1 in Woolwich on a charge of operating under the influence, and issued a summons on charges of possession of marijuana and sale or use of drug paraphernalia.

9/9 Alexandra Degen, 22, of Middle Street, was issued a summons by Officer Richard Ross on Middle Street on charges of possession of marijuana and sale or use of drug paraphernalia.

9/14 Kathleen Willey, 52, of Perkins Street, Topsham, was issued a summons by Officer Eric Bryan on U.S. Route 1 on a charge of operating with an expired license for more than 90 days.
