9/3 at 12:59 a.m. Cody King, 20, of Robinson Avenue, Brunswick, was arrested by Officer Ted Raedel on a charge of operating under the influence.

9/3 at 3:30 p.m. Corey Ater, 23, of Arrowsic Road, Arrowsic, was arrested on a warrant by Officer Keith Jensen.

9/3 at 7:45 p.m. Mark Watrous, 29, of Windjammer Way, was arrested by Officer Michelle Small on a charge of violation of condition of release and issued a summons on a charge of theft.

9/3 Fawn Hawpetoss, 27, of Murfreesboro, Tenn., was arrested by Officer Jason Aucoin on a charge of operating under the influence.

9/3 at 11:12 p.m. Katie Barter, 19, of Summer Street, Auburn, was arrested by Officer Brett McIntire on a charge of violation of condition of release.

9/5 at 2:21 a.m. Zachary Canning, 25, of Spring Street, was arrested by Officer Ted Raedel on a charge of operating under the influence.

9/6 at 2:34 a.m. Daniel Carlton, 46, of Drayton Road, was arrested by Officer Mike Lever on a charge of domestic violence assault. At 7 a.m. he was arrested again on charges of with violation of condition of release and obstructing the report of a crime.

9/8 at 12:42 p.m. A juvenile was arrested by Officer Keith Jensen on a probation hold.

9/9 at 7 p.m. Scott Allen Coombs, 33, of Sweat Street, Brunswick, was arrested by Officer Jason Aucoin on charges of violation of condition of release and possession of Schedule Z drugs, and issued a summons on charges of possession of a usable amount of marijuana and sale or use of drug paraphernalia.

9/11 at 2:41 a.m. Matthew Ventry, 26, of Bay Bridge Road, Brunswick, was arrested by Officer Ted Raedel on a charge of operating under the influence and issued a summons on charges of possession of a usable amount of marijuana and sale or use of drug paraphernalia.

9/12 at 10 a.m. Eric Bolden, 41, of Court Street, was arrested by Officer Mike Lever on a charge of domestic violence assault.

9/13 at 1:30 a.m. Justin Roberts, 19, of Gibbs Road, Wiscasset, was arrested by Officer Richard Ross on a charge of theft.

9/4 Samuel Burhoe, 23, of Brookline, Mass., was issued a summons by Officer Ted Raedel on a charge of possession of a usable amount of marijuana.

9/5 Rebecca Small, 19, of Middle Street, was issued a summons by Officer Mike Lever on a charge of illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor.

9/9 Ronald Young, 20, of Central Avenue, was issued a summons by Officer Richard Ross on charges of disorderly conduct and assault.

Coyote situation ugly

9/10 Bath Police report an increase in coyote sightings in the city. The department has received reports from Sheridan Road to several neighborhoods in the south end in the past three months. The sightings have accompanied a rise in reports of missing cats. People are asked not to feed coyotes, not to discard edible garbage where coyotes can reach it, to position bird feeders so coyotes can’t reach the feed, to secure garbage containers and eliminate garbage odors, to be aware of outdoor pets and attend to small children in areas where coyotes have been reportedly seen.
