9/4 Michael Collins, 56, of Church Street, Scarborough, was issued a summons by Officer Brett McIntire on Washington Street on a charge of operating with a license expired more than 90 days.
High Street hunt
9/3 at 5:45 a.m. Police responded to an assault on High Street after a 30-year-old woman reported waking to find a man standing over her, who then punched her in the face. Nothing was taken from the home, and the motive for the attack is unclear. The assailant is described as between 17 and 23 years old, about 5 feet 8 inches tall, 180 pounds, and with an athletic build, olive skin, dark eyes and dark black eyebrows.
