8/24 at 1:40 p.m. Yonaton Davidson, 29, of Maranacook Shore Road, Readfield, was arrested by Officer Keith Jensen on a charge of shoplifting.

8/24 at 10:10 p.m. Jonathan Rivard, 34, of Riverside Street, Lewiston, was arrested by Officer Ted Raedel on a charge of operating under the influence.

8/25 at 10:12 p.m. Logan Sewall, 24, of Court Street, was arrested by Officer Ted Raedel on a charge of violation of condition of release and issued a summons on a charge of sale or use of drug paraphernalia.

8/28 at 11:30 p.m. Alexander Farrell, 21, of McKeen Street, Brunswick, was arrested by Officer Jason Aucoin on a charge of operating under the influence.

8/30 at 9:15 a.m. Ray Harry, 45, of Windjammer Way, was arrested by Officer Richard Ross on a charge of domestic violence assault.

8/26 at 12:56 a.m. Eric Fox, 18, of High Street, was issued a summons by Officer Ted Raedel on a charge of criminal mischief.

8/27 at 4:01 p.m. Theresa Rubenstein, 49, of Elm Street, was issued a summons by Officer Keith Jensen on a charge of violation of a protective order.

8/30 at 11:25 p.m. Brandon Burr, 18, of Burr Lane, Bowdoin, was issued a summons by Officer Ted Raedel on a charge of possession of a usable amount of marijuana.

8/30 at 11:25 p.m. A boy was issued a summons by Officer Ted Raedel on charges of sale or use of drug paraphernalia and possession of a usable amount of marijuana.

Fight club

8/30 at 6:51 p.m. and 10:19 p.m. Police received two calls about fighting near Middle Street. The second call reported three carloads of young men causing the disturbance. Officers Mike Lever and Ted Raedel and Sgt. Dan Couture responded and located one of the vehicles, where they found four baseball bats, a fixed-bladed knife and a small amount of marijuana. A marijuana pipe was also found. Brandon Burr, 18, of Burr Lane, Bowdoin, was issued a summons on a charge of possession of a usable amount of
marijuana, and a boy was issued a summons on charges of sale or
use of drug paraphernalia and possession of a usable amount of
marijuana.
