10/4 at 4:45 p.m. Brandon Boshea, 24, of Court Street, was arrested by Officer Garrett Olson on Court Street on an outstanding warrant.

10/1 at 11:49 p.m. On Thursday night, rescuers responded to a call from the southern end of Bath Iron Works around Pine Street. According to them, a man had been leaving work and walking to his car when a deer jumped out of the swale grass between the river and Washington street, colliding with him and breaking his leg in two places. The man was stabilized and taken to the hospital.
