11/12, no time listed. Kendall Wallace, 45, of Bedford Street, was arrested by Officer Garrett Olson on Bedford Street on a charge of operating under the influence.
11/19 at 11:34 p.m. Edwin Melvin, 46, of Cobb Road, was arrested by Officer Eric Bryan on Lincoln Street on charges of violating conditions of release and operating under the influence. Melvin was also issued a summons on a charge of possession of marijuana.
11/19 at 4:34 p.m. Amber Scott, 36, of Central Avenue, was arrested by Cpl. Jason Aucoin on Central Avenue on a charge of domestic violence assault.
