11/8 at 2:30 p.m. John Coffey, 69, of Wesley Street, was arrested by Detective Sgt. Andrew Booth on Water Street on outstanding warrants from another agency.

11/9, no time listed. Donald Newton, 45, of Washington Street, was arrested by Sgt. Mike Lathrop on Washington Street on charges of obstructing government administration and disorderly conduct.

11/11 at 8 p.m. William Emmet, 38, of Georgetown Court, Yarmouth, was arrested by Cpl. Jason Aucoin and an undisclosed location on a charge of operating under the influence.

11/12 at 8:43 p.m. Sue Moore, 52, of Oak Grove Avenue, was arrested by Sgt. Mike Lathrop on Windjammer Way on a charge of operating under the influence.

11/13 at 1:35 a.m. Edwin Melvin, 47, of Cobb Road, was arrested by Officer Nick Green on Cobb Road on a charge of criminal threatening with a dangerous weapon.


11/7 Christopher Hawkes, 37, of Bowker Road, Phippsburg, was issued a summons by Officer Garrett Olson in Phippsburg on a charge of eluding an officer.
