11/8 at 12:10 a.m. Terrance Gerow, 24, of Meadowbrook Road, Phippsburg, was arrested by Officer Ted Raedel on a charge of operating under the influence.
Summonses
11/4 at 9:46 p.m. David Arsenault, 22, was issued a summons by Officer Jason Aucoin on a charge of operating under the influence.
11/4 at 9:46 p.m. Frances Jellis, 20, was issued a summons by Officer Ted Raedel on a charge of illegal possession of liquor by a minor by consumption.
11/6 at 9:16 p.m. Two girls were issued summonses by Officer Ted Raedel on a charge of sale or use of drug paraphernalia.
Windshield woes
11/5 at 12:17 p.m. A complainant on Russell Street said he found that his windshield wipers had been disassembled and reassembled upside down, causing his windshield to be scraped. Officer Richard Ross investigated.
