Arrests

11/3 at 4:48 p.m. Jazmine Hummel, 20, of Chestnut Street, was arrested by Cpl. Jason Aucoin at Middle and Russell streets on a charge of violating conditions of release, and issued a summons on charges of possession of marijuana and sale or use of drug paraphernalia.

Summonses

10/22 A 12-year-old female, of Bath, was issued a summons by Officer Garrett Olson on Highland Street on a charge of assault.

10/30 Gene Perry, 39, of Washington Street, was issued a summons by Cpl. Jason Aucoin on Water Street on charges of unlawful possession of scheduled drugs and theft by receiving stolen property.
