5/17 at 12:46 a.m. Jacob Tillman, 18, of Woodward Point Road, Brunswick, was arrested on State Road by Officer Mike Lever on charges of theft and violating conditions of release.

Summonses

5/17 Alex King, 21, of Lincoln Street, Richmond, was issued a summons by Officer Garrett Olson on a charge of theft.

Nude in the cemetery

5/17 at 7:40 p.m. Police responded to a Maritime Apartments residence, where a 10-year-old girl reported seeing a naked man near the apartment complex. The girl had been playing close to a fence line bordering Oak Grove Cemetery and saw the man, standing on the opposite side of the fence and trying to have her look at him. The girl ran into her home and told her mother of the incident. The mother said she saw a Chevrolet SUV leaving the area, with a plate bearing the last two letters “TF.” The man was described as white, between 50 and 60 years old, heavy-set, with whitish-gray hair, and no facial hair. Anyone with information about the incident was asked to call Bath Police at 443-5563.
