Arrests

5/9 at 6 p.m. Benjamin Westrum, 47, of Marc Avenue, Topsham, was arrested by Officer Richard Ross on Washington Street on a charge of domestic violence assault.

5/10 at 8:56 p.m. Randy Brewer, 25, of Bluff Road, was arrested on a warrant by Officer Garrett Olson on Bluff Road, and also charged with assault, violation of condition of release, and terrorizing.

Summonses

5/11 Courtney Wienckowski, 20, of North End Road, Georgetown, was issued a summons by Cpl. Michelle Small on Wing Farm Parkway on a charge of operating beyond license restrictions.

5/12 A 16-year old boy, of Bath, was issued a summons by Officer Chuck Reece on High Street on a charge of theft.

5/13 Draven Barter, 18, of High Street, was issued a summons by Officer Mark Steele on Chandler Drive on a charge of possession of alcohol by a minor.
