5/8 at 4:22 p.m. David Bishop, 57, of Basin Cove Road, Harpswell, was issued a summons by Officer Michelle Small on a charge of sale or use of drug paraphernalia.
Trailer trouble
5/8 at 1:58 p.m. Cpl. Marc Brunelle responded to a report of damage to a construction trailer at the Chocolate Church at the corner of Washington and Centre streets. Scratch marks, which Brunelle surmised could have been made by a knife, amounted to damage of about $100, according to police.
