Arrests

2/23 at 12:30 a.m. Edward McGuigan, 55, of Middle Street, was arrested by Cpl. Jason Aucoin on Middle Street on a charge of domestic violence assault.

2/23 at 1:14 p.m. Prudence Whorff, 33, of Ridge Road, Bowdoinham, was arrested by Cpl. Michelle Small on U.S. Route 1 on charges of operating with a suspended or revoked license and unlawful possession of scheduled drugs, and an outstanding warrant from another agency. Whorff was also issued a summons on charges of possession of marijuana and sale or use of drug paraphernalia.

2/24 at 6:49 p.m. Fredrick Archer, 53, of West Milan Street, was arrested by Officer Garrett Olson on West Milan Street on an outstanding warrant from another agency, and issued a summons on a charge of possession of marijuana.

2/24 at 7:26 p.m. Lucas Foster, 34, of Spring Street, Auburn, was arrested by Officer Garrett Olson in Wiscasset on an outstanding warrant from another agency.

2/25 at 5:57 p.m. Elton Goldmann, 26, of Middle Street, was arrested by Officer Garrett Olson on Middle Street on an outstanding warrant from another agency.

2/25 at 10:39 p.m. Lee Anne Balcon, 39, of New Meadows Road, West Bath, was arrested by Officer Eric Bryan on Wing Farm Parkway on a charge of operating under the influence.

2/27 at 12:48 a.m. Leo Gagnon, 59, of Littlefield Road, Sabattus, was arrested by Officer Garrett Olson on Leeman Highway on a charge of operating under the influence.

2/27 at 10:45 p.m. George Markos, 26, of Cottage Street, was arrested by Cpl. Jason Aucoin on Cottage Street on charges of violating conditions of release and theft by receiving stolen property.

2/24 Aaron Saragosa, 25, of Maple Street, Vassalboro, was issued a summons by Officer Richard Ross on Water Street on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking.
