Arrests

3/22 at 11:26 p.m. Richard Lachance, 21, of Washington Street, was arrested by Officer Ted Raedel on a charge of domestic violence criminal mischief.

3/23 at 7:15 a.m. David Partridge, 30, of Middle Street, was arrested on two warrants by Officer Keith Jensen.

3/22 at 9:50 p.m. Susan Coombs, 30, of Bath Road, Wiscasset, was issued a summons by Officer Ted Raedel on a charge of possession of a usable amount of marijuana. She was arrested the next day at 10 p.m. on a charge of unlawful possession of Schedule W drugs.

3/28 at 1:31 a.m. Jessica Belanger, 35, of Smith Street, Yarmouth, was arrested by Officer Ted Raedel on a charge of operating under the influence.

3/28 at 10:39 p.m. Tyson Beaudoin, 34, of Bailey Street, was arrested by Officer Ted Raedel on a charge of violation of conditions of release.

Summonses

3/23 George Messinger, 63, of Mitchell Road, Cape Elizabeth, was issued a summons by Officer Keith Jensen on a charge of operating with an expired registration for more than 150 days.

For the powder room

3/27 at 9:42 p.m. Officer Michelle Small responded to the complaint of a theft on Heath Lane. A man said he met up with a woman whom he had first met on the Internet, and that when they were sitting in his vehicle, she took $100 in cash from his pocket, went into her Heath Lane residence saying that she had to use the bathroom, and did not come back out. Police only know the woman’s first name, and have not been able to obtain a search warrant for her premises.
