3/13 at 12:02 a.m. Harold Swain, 53, of South Street, was arrested on a warrant by Officer Mike Lever.

3/13 at 11:21 p.m. Michael Lackie, 23, of Sanford Street, Bangor, was arrested by Officer Ted Raedel on a charge of operating under the influence.
