3/5 at 2:30 p.m. Amanda Libby, 25, of Gray, was arrested by Sgt. Dan Couture on Washington Street on a charge of violation of condition of release.

Summonses

3/7 Heather Alaboudi, 36, of Springview Lane, was issued a summons by Officer Jason Aucoin on Springview Lane on a charge of failure to give notice of an accident by the quickest means.

3/7 Noreen Wyman, 24, of Windjammer Way, was issued a summons by Sgt. Dan Couture on Chandler Drive on a charge of theft.

3/7 A 12-year-old Bath boy and a 13-year-old West Bath boy were issued summonses by Sgt. Dan Couture on a charge of criminal mischief.

3/9 Brittany Waterman, 21, of Seafarer Lane, was issued a summons by Officer Richard Ross on Windjammer Way on a charge of operating after suspension.

Wii woes

3/11 at 9:13 a.m. Officer Andrew Booth responded to the burglary of a North Street residence. An unlocked back window had been entered and a Nintendo Wii console, 30-35 Wii games, a leather duffel bag and gold watch bands were stolen.

Fire calls

3/8 at 8:10 p.m. Police assist on Sagadahoc Bridge.
3/9 at 8:15 a.m. Chimney fire on Washington Street.
