5/19 at 2:24 p.m. Alicia Elliott, 29, of Washington Street, was arrested by Officer Richard Ross on Washington Street on a charge of tampering with a witness, informant, juror or victim.

5/21 at 11:30 p.m. Joshua Sullivan, 26, of Fall River, Massachusetts, was arrested by Cpl. Jason Aucoin on Broad Street on a charge of operating under the influence.

5/26 at 7:53 p.m. Cesar Rueda, 47, of Rose Street, was arrested by Officer Garrett Olson on High Street on a charge of operating under the influence. He was also arrested the following day at 9:15 p.m. on a charge of violating conditions of release.

5/27 at 9:45 a.m. Donald Blake, 82, of Denny Road, was arrested by Officer Garrett Olson on Front Street on a charge of operating with a suspended or revoked license.

5/28 at 9:50 a.m. Brandon Boshea, 23, of Court Street, was arrested by Officer Garrett Olson on Court Street on a charge of domestic violence criminal threatening.

Summonses

5/22 Casey MacCubbin, 18, of North Carolina, was issued a summons by Cpl. Jason Aucoin on North Street on a charge of illegal possession of liquor by a minor by consumption.
