6/11 at 1:35 p.m. Robert Varnum, 28, of Foster’s Point Road, West Bath, was arrested by Officer Andrew Booth on Seafarer Lane on charges of domestic violence assault and obstructing the report of a crime.


No summonses were reported June 11-18.
