Arrests

6/10 at 1:20 p.m. Charles Quinn, 44, of Tryon Road, Harpswell, was arrested by Officer Richard Ross on two outstanding warrants and on a charge of violation of bail.

6/10 at 9:30 p.m. Damion Fincher, 20, of Elm Street, was arrested by Officer Ted Raedel on a charge of violation of conditions of release and issued a summons on charges of possession of a usable amount of marijuana and illegal possession of liquor by a minor.

6/11 at 1:43 a.m. Christopher Goulette, 25, of Tufton Street, Brunswick, was arrested by Officer Ted Raedel on a charge of operating under the influence.

6/11 at 7 p.m. Kevin Whalen, 41, of Bluff Road, was arrested by Officer Andrew Booth on a charge of trespassing.

6/13 at 7:56 p.m. Brian McNamara, 30, of Burr Lane, Bowdoin, was arrested by Officer Ted Raedel on a charge of violation of condition of release.

Summonses

6/8 at 5:14 p.m. Roger Love, 44, of Woodduck Lane, was issued a summons by Officer Michelle Small on charges of possession of a usable amount of marijuana and sale or use of drug paraphernalia.

6/14 at 1 p.m. Shawn Hanscome, 27, of Horton Street, Lewiston, was issued a summons by Officer Richard Ross on a charge of assault.

Turning a new stone

6/11 at 7:29 a.m. Sgt. Jeff Shires responded to the report of 26 tombstones being turned over at Oak Grove Cemetery. A K9 unit track took police to Oak Grove Commons, where the case is now being investigated. Each stone costs $50 to reset, and two stones were broken. People with more information are asked to call Bath Police at 443-5563.
