Arrests

12/28 at 11 p.m. A 16-year-old boy, of Bath, was arrested by Officer Jason Aucoin on Bluff Road on a charge of criminal trespass.

12/29 at 10:14 p.m. Kris Shermetaro, 34, of Bedford Street, was arrested by Officer Ted Raedel on Bedford Street on a charge of operating under the influence.

Summonses

No summonses were reported from Dec. 27, 2011 to Jan. 3.

Caught on camera

1/1 at 11:10 a.m. Sgt. Jeff Shires responded to the Wash Tub laundromat on Chandler Drive, where a surveillance camera had been manipulated enough that it cracked the ceiling tile to which it was connected. Although the video led to identification of teenagers who had been involved in the incident, the laundromat owner chose not to seek restitution. Police will likely serve trespass notices to the teens.
