1/15 at 10:34 p.m. Matthew Garcia, 31, of Spring Street, was arrested by Officer Ted Raedel on charges of operating under the influence and operating without a license.

1/16 at 9:26 a.m. A juvenile was arrested by Officer Keith Jensen on a probation hold.


1/11 A juvenile was issued a summons by Officer Michelle Small on a charge of possession of tobacco by a juvenile.

1/14 at 11:47 p.m. Kyle Gagnon, 20, of Middle Road, Woolwich, was issued a summons on a charge of sale or use of drug paraphernalia.

Unrelenting burglar

1/12 at 2:14 p.m. Police responded to the report of someone entering a vacant Middle Street apartment by breaking a window latch, and damaging Sheetrock inside the apartment. Reports of previous illegal entries had caused the door locks to be changed.

1/13 at 5:04 p.m. Carbon monoxide check on Congress Avenue.

1/16 at 4:10 a.m. Carbon monoxide check on Windjammer Way.
