2/19 Melania Sliker, 56, of Marshall Street, was arrested by Officer Mike Lever on Marshall Street on a charge of violation of condition of release.

2/20 Jason MacKenzie, 35, of Union Street, was arrested by Sgt. Nathan Gould on Union Street on a charge of domestic assault.

2/22 at 1:50 a.m. Desirae Furbish, 19, of Windjammer Way, was arrested by Officer Mike Lever on Windjammer Way on a charge of operating under the influence.

2/25 at 10:30 p.m. Corey Hagan, 34, of Middle Street, was arrested on Oak Grove Avenue on a charge of aggravated assault.

Summonses

2/18 Michael Bailey, 56, of Crawford Drive, was issued a summons by Officer Garrett Olson on Crawford Drive on a charge of disorderly conduct.

2/21 Stephan Stack, 21, of Elm Street, was issued a summons by Officer Ted Raedel on Elm Street on charges of possession of a usable amount of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was also issued a summons by Officer Chris Carlton on a charge of disorderly conduct.

2/21 Britney Stack, 20, of Elm Street, was issued a summons by Officer Chris Carlton on Elm Street on a charge of disorderly conduct.

2/22 Lucas Haines, 21, of Thompson Street, Brunswick, was issued a summons by Officer Brett McIntire on King Street on a charge of possession of marijuana.

2/22 Stephanie Mowry, 36, of Central Avenue, was issued a summons by Officer Mark Steele on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer.

Pan handler

2/25 at 5 p.m. Bath police responded to an aggravated assault report on Middle Street. They treated and transported to Mid Coast Hospital a 60-year-old man, who lived in a downstairs apartment and was allegedly struck on the head area with a cooking pan by an upstairs resident. Upon investigation, police arrested Corey Hagan, 34, on Oak Grove Avenue at 10:30 p.m., charging him with aggravated assault and taking him to Two Bridges Jail in Wiscasset.
