2/1 no time given James R. Riggs, 49, of Chestnut Street, was arrested on High Street by Officer Garrett Olson on charges of operating under the influence and leaving the scene of an accident.

2/12 at 8:30 p.m. Deborah L. Embler, 48, of Ashboro, North Carolina, was arrested on Water Street by Officer Eric Bryan on a charge of operating under the influence.

2/12 at 11:44 p.m. George A. Markos, 26, of Lynn, Massachusetts, was arrested on Cottage Street by Eric Bryan on outstanding warrants from another agency.

2/13 at 1:25 a.m. Melanie-Jean Craig, 38, of Foreside Road, Topsham, was arrested on U.S. Route 1 by Sgt. Nathan Gould on a charge of operating under the influence.

2/13 at 11 p.m. Chris Blanchard, 31, of Bluff Road, was arrested on Bluff Road by Officer Mark Steele on an outstanding warrant from another agency.
