Arrests

2/9 at 5:41 p.m. Andrew Small, 42, Theodore Drive, Brunswick, was arrested by Officer John Dietlin on Congress Avenue on a charge of operating under the influence, and issued a summons on charges of violating a conditional license and operating after suspension.

2/10 at 12:52 a.m. Dean Murray, 49, of Sokokis Circle, Topsham, was arrested by Officer John Dietlin on Centre Street on a charge of operating under the influence.

Summonses

1/24 A 16-year-old female, of Bath, was issued a summons by Officer Chuck Reece on High Street on charges of sale or use of drug paraphernalia, and possession of a usable amount of marijuana.

2/5 An 11-year-old male, of Bath, was issued a summons by Officer John Dietlin at Midcoast Hospital in Brunswick on charges of aggravated reckless conduct, and assault.

2/6 Erik Eagle, 24, of Bath, was issued a summons by Cpl. Michelle Small on Old Brunswick Road on a charge of operating after suspension.

2/10 Two 17-year-old males, of Bath, were issued summonses by Officer Brett McIntire on High Street on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking.
