12/17 at 2:15 p.m. Gina Utecht, 42, of Meadow Road, Topsham, was arrested by Officer Richard Ross on Water Street on a charge of violation of condition of release and issued a summons on a charge of theft.

12/19 at 1:30 p.m. Philip Haskell, 81, of High Street, was issued a summons by Officer Richard Ross on Western Avenue on charges of operating after suspension and violation of condition of release.
Wall cleaner
12/21 at 6:10 p.m. Cpl. Marc Brunelle responded to a report of vandalism at the Black Barnacle pub on Front Street. Toilet bowl cleaner had been dumped all over the walls. A suspect in the incident, who did not admit to the act, was served with a trespass notice.
