Arrests

11/28 at 3:15 p.m. Jared Martin, 33, of Tower Circle, was arrested by Officer Brett McIntire on Tower Circle on charges of operating under the influence and failure to notify authorities about an unattended motor vehicle collision.

12/7 at 9:09 p.m. Carol Baxter, 49, of Hill Road, West Bath, was arrested on a warrant by Officer John Dietlin on Broad Street.

12/8 at 1:56 a.m. Emily Divney, 45, of Floral Street, was arrested by Officer Nick Green on Middle Street on charges of violation of condition of release and violating a protective order.

Summonses

12/3 William Day, 47, of Friendship Road, Waldoboro, was issued a summons by Officer Garrett Olson on Redlon Road on a charge of operating with an expired registration more than 150 days.

12/3 Elizabeth Hawkes, 20, address not listed, was issued a summons by Cpl. Garrett Olson on Redlon Road on charges of illegal transportation of liquor by a minor, possession of a usable amount of marijuana, and sale or use of drug paraphernalia.

12/5 John Chaput, 32, of High Street, was issued a summons by Officer John Dietlin on High Street on a charge of possession of a scheduled drug.

12/5 and 12/6 Four boys, ages 14, 16, 17 and 17, were issued summonses by Detective Sgt. Andrew Booth in Bath. The 16-year-old was charged with theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, and the other three were charged with theft by receiving stolen property.
